1. Service description

AnnexPass OÜ provides the AnnexPass software service to support battery passport and due diligence compliance workflows. The customer remains the economic operator responsible for regulatory compliance under EU law.

2. Prohibited use

Customer must not use AnnexPass for sanctions evasion, falsification of supply chain data, or any purpose that violates applicable law.

3. AI extraction

AI-generated field suggestions require human review and approval before publication. AnnexPass does not guarantee accuracy of extracted values.

4. Subscription tiers

Usage limits enforced per tier. Overage fees apply as specified in the order form. Founding customer deposits credited against Year 1 invoice.
